UNDERSTANDING COACHING CERTIFICATIONS
WHAT RECOGNITION WILL I GAIN?
Coaching is an industry, and as such, it can be a challenge to navigate the various recognitions available, and what they mean. Whilst the Australian government, for example, has attempted to provide registered training status to coaching training (which this school has), it is not necessarily the benchmark for excellence. Coaching is a fluid modality that embraces many other fields, including positive psychology, neuroscience, neuro linguistic programming, and cognitive behavioural theory. Each coach develops their own style of coaching, drawing on the modalities that appeal to them the most, and suit their style of coaching. To accommodate this, the recognition a coach earns is best found in independent associations for coaching, such as the International Coach Guild (ICG) and the International Coach Federation (ICF). These associations have studied coaching specifically, and offer better, more precise guidance for coaches on what skills to develop, master, and demonstrate when coaching.
INTERNATIONALLY RECOGNISED COACHING COURSES
The focus at this level is on the core principles of living an authentic, empowered life, and the one-on-one coaching skills you will be using when working with your clients. This is where you learn powerful research-informed coaching models and methodologies you can immediately implement to help your clients create lasting change.
This is where most of our students start their coaching training journey. This course includes everything in Practitioner, and also provides an additional 12 modules of advanced coach and business training. The emphasis here is on group coaching, public speaking, running workshops, and advanced Meta Dynamics™ coaching interventions.
This level is for you if you have a background in business, leadership or coaching. It is the most advanced there is, and includes the fundamentals for business and leadership coaching, as well as the keys to value-based marketing, consultative sales, growing the coaching practice into a business, and succession planning to sell the business.
