• Break down the Critical Alignment Model in terms of facilitation
• Enhance your speaking skills and communication skills to prepare for the ultimate presentation

DAY 2

FACILITATE & MOVE YOUR AUDIENCE

• Discover how you can influence the behaviour of your prospects or clients in the training
• Learn how to  make use of the momentum in the training and what to do at bifurcation points
• ​How to achieve your desired outcome by encouraging positive behaviour

DAY 3

NAVIGATE THE ENERGY OF YOUR TRAINING

• Unlock the four different type of Meta Archetypes, the purpose, values, beliefs, expectations and language in each archetype
• Apply these archetypes into the preparation of your presentation
• ​Learn the skills to navigate the energy of the training during facilitation

DAY 4

CONNECT WITH YOUR AUDIENCE THROUGH YOUR STORY

• Utilise the T.R.U.S.T.M.E. Model and the Hero's Journey to build the story you need for your audience
• Watch successful models in the industry and learn from their stories and pitches
• ​Deepen your language skills, learn the sequence and hierarchy of your language when you're facilitating

DAY 5

FINAL PRESENTATIONS & GRADUATION

• Deliver your presentation online, participate in peer reviews and feedback to produce the ultimate presentation that you could use in your facilitation
• You will get an opportunity to step up and take action, implement feedback and deliver successfully to graduate at the end of the training.
